Inspired by Paul Farag’s signature chilli condiment, this Shatta-infused oil springs to life with a bright splash of lemon. It’s full-bodied, lingering on the palate in a way that surprises and delights.

This isn’t your typical chilli oil. It’s spiced yet clean, vibrant yet balanced—capturing the essence of wandering through a bustling bazaar. One drizzle and you’re transported straight to the Middle East, no passport required.
