Welcome to the 2026 Harvest!

Olio Nuovo — meaning “new oil” — is the very first expression of the season. Cold extracted from freshly picked olives and bottled immediately, this is olive oil in its purest, most vibrant form. Green, bold, and unapologetically fresh, it’s as close as you can get to standing at the mill with a spoon in hand.

Why this oil is different

This is not your everyday extra virgin olive oil.

  • Peak polyphenols — at their highest levels straight after pressing
  • Intensely fresh flavour — grassy, green, peppery and complex

First Harvest Olio Nuovo is crafted from early-harvest olives, picked while still green and crushed immediately, resulting in a more vibrant, nutrient-rich oil with a distinctive peppery finish.

Unlike traditional oils that are rested, Olio Nuovo is bottled straight away — capturing the raw energy, aroma and flavour of the fruit at its absolute peak.

It’s produced in small quantities and disappears just as quickly.

Drizzle generously over:

  • Fresh tomatoes & burrata
  • Grilled vegetables
  • Soups just before serving
