Crafted from the very first olives harvested at Elisi Grove in South Australia, this limited First Press Early Harvest Release captures the freshness and vibrancy of the new season at its absolute peak. Cold extracted within hours of picking, this 100% Kalamata extra virgin olive oil is exceptionally fresh, and available only while this first release lasts.

Rich yet beautifully balanced, it reveals aromas of ripe tomato and fresh olives with layers of plum, lilly pilly and lemon curd, finishing with a delicate peppery lift that reflects its early harvest character.
