"Bright and beautifully expressive, Hardy's Mammoth opens with vibrant aromas of guava and passionfruit, woven through fresh fig leaf, tomato leaf and artichoke, with a cooling lift of spearmint.
The palate is generous and layered, carrying its tropical fruit character alongside sweet spice, radicchio, green tea and a fresh note of mandarin. A buttery mouthfeel brings richness, balanced by measured bitterness and a building peppery warmth. A fine, lingering astringency adds structure and length, leaving the palate fresh and inviting."
