What's so special about Cold Continuous Extraction?

In our quest for making the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil we can, we are excited to be using Officine Meccaniche Toscana. This machinery is state of the art, cutting edge and big on flavour, goodness and sustainability. The process uses the least amount of water possible, meaning not only is it environmentally friendly, but the oil you receive in our bottles still has the naturally occurring antioxidants in tact, and able to be absorbed into you and your families bodies. Allowing a higher mount of polyphenols and chlorophyll to be in the oil, and not washed away like most machines, produces an olive oil with superior organoleptic characteristics. We also pride ourselves on ensuring our olives are extracted within 24 hours of harvest, keeping the EVOO as fresh and healthy as possible.

 

I grow my own olives, can you process them for me?

Sure! Our extractor is going nearly 24/7 during the harvest, so please get in contact as soon as possible when you know your olives are ready so you can book in a time to get them processed. We are happy to help make your own amazing EVOO!
